Job Description is embarking on an aggressive cloud migration to AWS which will require experienced engineers who enthusiastically share their ideas, introduce and learn new technologies, mentor their colleagues and are always mindful of best practices.

This is a unique & exciting greenfield opportunity to replace Legacy infrastructure and services. Your work and expertise will deeply inform the way our company evolves, delivers, and operates its business.

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will increase the operational efficiency of our company through automation and infrastructure as code.


  • Build a secure, observable, scalable and repeatable cloud platform guided by 'infrastructure as code' best practices
  • Automate provisioning, monitoring, management and incident response
  • Lead the implementation of a new container-orchestrated platform
  • Manage cross-functional requirements working with various company stakeholders
  • Partner closely with product engineering and QA, from discovery through implementation, to introduce new features and services into production
  • Improve or develop new operational practices and process


  • Are highly motivated and self-driven
  • Deeply experienced with AWS (architectural patterns, cost management, APIs)
  • Are focused on tools, not tasks
  • Have extensive experience managing infrastructure using Terraform, especially modules
  • Are comfortable working in and building container-orchestrated environments (Kubernetes, Mesosphere, Rancher, Istio, Envoy, etc)
  • Have experience building artifact-based CI/CD pipelines, capable of implementing advanced workflows using Jenkins,, Artifactory, Docker
  • Will possess strong programming skills and use them to solve unique challenges with data and automating systems
  • Have advanced experience in configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Are knowledgeable of networking principles and protocols
  • Understand distributed message buses such as Kafka and RabbitMQ


  • Good understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and InfoSec background.
  • Familiarity with Kanban workflows
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for real estate/banking industry
  • 5+ years experience being responsible for large scale, production infrastructure
  • 5+ years programming or Scripting experience in an infrastructure automation context
