We operate in more than 15 U.S. states with flagship hubs in San?Francisco, Los?Angeles, and Seattle and are expanding to the East Coast and Midwest. We deploy cutting-edge technology to manage and operate school district transportation systems, launch a charter platform, develop proprietary SaaS offerings, and spearhead a nationwide initiative to electrify school transportation fleets.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Zum's core platform. This highly strategic role requires a builder who balances near-term execution with long-term vision. You will work with a talented team of product leaders, designers, and engineers to innovate and enhance Zum's transportation platform across mobile and web touchpoints. Your work will impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, retention, and sales enablement.

• Strong platform and systems thinking; can create modular building blocks that scale across districts, geographies, and use cases.
• Experienced with SaaS product development, ideally with configurable enterprise workflows.
• Technically fluent to navigate APIs, integrations, sensor/GPS data, routing logic, or mobile workflows.
• Scrappy, resourceful, and resilient; can solve problems without waiting for perfect inputs.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves builder with a bias for action who loves digging into constraints and edge cases.
• Great at introducing lightweight processes to help a scaling org move faster.
• Full ownership of outcomes; nimble; value delivered, operational performance, customer delight, business impact.
• Comfortable working across a complex stakeholder universe: engineering, design, sales, routers, drivers, dispatch, payroll, finance, districts, and more.

• 5+ years of product management, including owning a core product area end-to-end.
• Experience shipping SaaS products for enterprise or operational users.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and constraint-heavy environments.
• Passion for mission-driven work and designing systems with real-world impact at scale.
• Track record of shipping high-impact customer-facing features.
• Experience in mobility, logistics, fleets, marketplaces, or operationally complex products is a strong plus.
