Senior Manufacturing Business Analyst - MES - 12months + - Hybrid (Europe + UK)
Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Senior BA for our clients Digital Manufacturing/MES/Track & Trace projects based in Europe. This role supports the rollout of cloud-based MES across multiple production sites around the world
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements and manufacturing processes.
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Validate solution designs and ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Support process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across business and IT.
- Produce user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years as a Business Analyst in manufacturing.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and solution deployment.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using modelling/requirements tools.
- Familiarity with MES solutions and manufacturing process flows.
- Excellent communication skills in global, cross-functional settings.
- Nice to have: Experience with MES platforms and Lean/Six Sigma.
Start date: 16th February 2026
Duration: 12 Months initial contract
Location: Europe (Hybrid model, mostly remote with occasional travel for workshops)
