System Product Owner - Freelance/Contract - 100% remote in Europe

Robson Bale are looking for a System Product Owner to come on board for an initial 6 month, fully remote contract.

Overview

There are a number of system implementations/upgrades taking place and this role is to work with the business about how to best implement these

Purpose of job

  • To assist with the delivery of IT Systems Projects across the firm.
  • You will be expected, to participate in all areas of a projects development - management, analysis, change management and implementation.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and to budget.

Main Duties

To provide day-to-day project support on a range of IT initiatives that are being deployed across the firm. This will include:

  • Daily management of a number of projects
  • Analysis of working practices and recommendations of systems implementation
  • Workflow and AI configuration development
  • Change management during the deployment of the individual projects
  • Implementation support.
  • Working across all departments to ensure that the individual groups receive the project support they require.
  • Management of third-party project resources/suppliers as and when required.
  • Keep abreast of developments in relation to key technologies.
