Senior Network Engineer (Contract/Permanent)
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands Country: Netherlands Rate: Euros 100 p/hr
Senior Network Engineer - Cisco - Meraki - BGP - Fortinet - SDWAN - Dutch Speaking
12-month initial freelance contract with detavast/permanent employment
Hybrid role based in the Randstad - 2/3 days on site
Senior Network Engineer - Cisco - Meraki - BGP - Fortinet - SDWAN - Dutch Speaking needed for a long term detavast/contract to hire role with one of Orbis key Dutch globally operating clients. The successful candidate should have experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network solutions.
Key qualifications:
- Experience working as a network professional within an enterprise environment
- Experience with BGP
- Proficient working with next-gen Firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper...)
- Experience with WiFi, preferably Meraki
- Ideally worked within an SDWAN environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Dutch speaker
- Ideally CCNP or CCIE certified
- Cloud and Load balancing experience preferred but not essential

After a 12 month contract, this will become a permanent position.
