Senior Axiom Developer Contract 6-18 Months Contract Dublin.

My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Axiom Developer to join them on a contract basis for 6-18 Months.

My client is looking for a senior Axiom developer to work in the Finance Technology team. You will be part of a collaborative team working on some of the most critical projects within Finance Tech. This position is for an experienced Axiom developer with a strong ability to build business-critical systems, with emphasis on stability and performance.

As an Axiom Developer your main responsibilities will involve;
Responsible for designing and developing Axiom solutions to help solve complex business problems. Work closely with business users, business analysts and development colleagues to best in class regulatory reporting solutions.

As an Axiom Developer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Axiom ControllerView CVv9/CVv10 (3+ years of commercial experience), Oracle PL/SQL (intermediate to advanced level). Knowledge of EU regulatory reporting requirements. You will have system architecture deep understanding (installations, upgrades, Back End/config files, XML object body,) development experience. Java code reading and programming basics (data types, loops, conditions), understanding of error messages (stack trace).ASL (Axiom Script Language) experience (understand and design scripts).Oracle and SQL-Plus experience (listener, connect descriptor, DB links, user roles and privileges, tablespaces, datafiles and quotas, exp/imp, queries, joins, updates). (COREP/FINREP/AnaCredit/Statistical) Understanding of financial products and asset classes. Familiarity with XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) and Agile development experience.
