Product Owner/Digital Product Owner/Senior Product Owner/Digital Product Manager - MyAccount/Colleague Experience

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Digital Product Owner to take ownership of a MyAccount product and Colleague Experience platform, a key digital tools serving employees for a well known brand with a large workforce.

This is an important role within a large FTSE100 organisation, providing the opportunity to shape digital experiences, drive engagement by colleagues and deliver innovative features that meet both business and user needs.

. As well as working with cross-functional teams, including the wider engineering team, UX/UI, data to delivery of the roadmap, prioritise features, and ensure delivery of high-quality experiences for their colleagues.

The role:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for MyAccount and Colleague Experience platforms, aligning with business objectives and user needs.

  • Define, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features deliver maximum business value.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and third-party vendors to deliver enhancements and new functionality.

  • Act as the voice of both customers and colleagues, translating feedback and data into actionable product improvements.

  • Work with stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and accessibility standards.

  • Monitor product performance and success metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support Agile delivery practices, participating in ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in digital platforms, internal tools, or customer account products.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, data, and vendors.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset, able to measure product success and drive improvements.

  • Knowledge of digital account management platforms, internal colleague platforms, security, and regulatory considerations is a plus.
