Digital Product Manager/Senior Digital Product Owner

£575/625 p/d - Umbrella engagement - 6 Month initial

(Self-Serve & Digital Experience - App & Portal, NexGen)

Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of the organisation's customer-facing app, portal, and D2C digital products, ensuring a seamless, secure, and innovative digital experience for customers.

• Own the vision and roadmap for the organisation's app and portal, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

• Own the delivery of direct digital product journeys, ensuring seamless experiences with high conversion rates.

• Drive digital transformation by modernising Legacy systems and integrating them into scalable, customer-centric platforms.

• Select and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust technical solutions and efficient delivery.

• Design and deliver intuitive, high-performing digital experiences that solve real customer problems.

• Partner with UX/UI teams to create best-in-class interfaces across mobile and web.

• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations, security standards, and accessibility requirements.

• Use data-driven insights to optimise product performance and customer engagement.

• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and communicate priorities clearly across the business.

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in financial services or fintech with significant experience of Mobile Applications/APPs and Portals

• Strong understanding of Legacy systems and experience delivering digital transformation programmes, ideally within customer portals.

• Solid technical knowledge of software delivery, APIs, and system integration.

• Deep expertise in customer-centric design and digital experience best practice.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
