The ideal candidate will come with first and second line support experience within a dynamic and fast - paced environment. Within the role the candidate will be presented with the opportunity to upskill and further develop their career - working for one of the UK's most sought after challenger banks. Clear communication skills along with a pro-active attitude are an absolute must for this role with the potential employee having to regularly deal with a number of in-house customers.

- Providing excellent customer service to the business User password resets A/D permissioning
