A consultancy and well established MS partner are seeking a Sharepoint & Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join them on a contractual period of 3-6 months (outside IR35) to carry out the responsibilities of Sharepoint consolidation, Migration and integration with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service & Marketing/Customer Insights).

Required Skills and Experience

Essential

• Extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including site architecture, permissions management, document libraries, and document management practices.

• Proven track record of delivering SharePoint consolidation and migration initiatives.

• Practical experience using SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate or equivalent platforms.

• Demonstrated experience configuring, supporting, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) document management integrated with SharePoint.

• Strong analytical skills to assess, reconfigure, and optimise multiple document upload pathways and system integrations.

• Confident working within live production environments, ensuring stability and minimal disruption.

Highly Desirable

• Experience rationalising, decommissioning, or modernising Legacy SharePoint environments.

• Understanding of information governance principles, including retention policies, access controls, and compliance considerations.

• Experience working within UK public-sector or other regulated environments.

• Ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation and provide effective knowledge transfer and handover.
