Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining both customer-facing and internal platforms using Laravel and Vue.js. Reporting directly to the Lead Developer, you'll brainstorm new features, work on enhancements, and handle maintenance tasks. You'll also collaborate across functions to align with the company's strategic goals and roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial Laravel development.
- Front-End Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js and React (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks).
- Back-End Skills: Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and the LAMP stack.
- Architecture: Understanding of Microservice architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Location: Must be based near or able to commute to Bristol monthly.
Desirable Skills:
- DevOps Knowledge: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerisation technologies.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
