Solution Architect - Hybrid - 6 Month contract - Rate Negotiable (Contract)

Position: Solution Architect

Duration: 6 month contract

Working Model: Hybrid

Day rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)

We are currently collaborating with one of our partners to recruit a Solution Architect for an initial 6-month contract. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to an outsourcing project, focusing on the Finance, HR, and Procurement functions.

As the solution Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with leadership to guide the technological integration, ensure data coherence, and maintain infrastructure integrity during the transition to outsourced services. Expertise in Workday and Oracle eBusiness is preferred due to their critical role in our IT landscape. This role demands extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and strategic acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration architectures for connecting new outsourced solutions with existing systems for finance and procurement.
  • Ensure that integration points are well-documented, secure, and comply with both internal and external data handling and transfer standards.
  • Develop integration strategies to minimize downtime and disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Oversee data migration efforts from internal systems to new vendor platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Define data governance and quality standards in collaboration with data stewards and business leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for ongoing data synchronization between in-house systems and outsourced solutions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in multiple Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects.
  • Experience with various vendors in BPO settings.
  • Expertise in Workday and Oracle eBusiness is highly preferred.
