Technical Delivery Manager [Zscaler, Cyber Security, Delivery Management] (Contract)

Location: Remote in United Kingdom Country: UK Rate: 400 GBP per day Outside IR35

We are hiring for Technical Delivery Manager for our client's project based Remotely in UK

What I'll be doing - your accountabilities

  • Owns the business relationship role across all business areas/CFUs and ensures all necessary participation at every stage of the implementation
  • Mobilising and leading a team of SMEs and technical leads
  • Works alongside other business areas but owns the plan to manage and embed the transformation needed to ensure project success
  • Manages all required communication plans and communications to stakeholders
  • Supports and works with the relevant stakeholders to create suitable training plan and engagement materials (with support from the BA)
  • Working closely with subject matter experts, owns the creation of key customer experience & change management inputs such as user journeys, user stories, stakeholder map, change impact analysis, communications plan and training materials
  • Ensures that change impacts are managed in context with other business changes
  • Co-ordinates output from TDMs from other business areas
  • Reports to the Project manager
  • Working with the project manager, participates in programme governance forums to escalate any risks or issues affecting the project or any deviation from schedule in a timely manner
  • Ensuring there is a support model in place for the Zscaler solution
  • Adheres to the project related KPIs

Skills required for the job

  • Understanding of current Cyber Security threats to our industry & motivation to protect OUR CLIENT from malicious adversaries.
  • Embedding transformational change and benefits management: able to analyse, plan and implement enduring change affecting systems, processes and particularly people.
  • Able to identify, plan, realise and measure policy benefits.
  • Stakeholder management: able to work across the organisation to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in support of project objectives.
  • Self-starter: able to work out what needs to be done in a complex situation and set a direction for self
  • Creative thinker: able to think around a problem and come up with creative solutions
