Data Business Analyst

Our critical public service client is looking for a Business Analyst to join them in the midst of a large scale digital transformation. As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the data platform produces fit for purpose solutions. This will centre around requirements gathering, synthesis and supporting the technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Document key requirements and key design decisions in the support of the love rollout of the key product set;
• Ensuring exit criteria for evaluation leads to design changed and implementation of fit for purpose capability
• Co-ordinate user activity and manage the day to data evaluation activities
• Ensure the data feeds into the suite and meets the analysts needs
• Conduct stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering for the delivery of;
• An Enterprise Mapping capability - Define business requirements against a GIS tool and gazetter tool
• An Enterprise Search capability - define and develop user stories into user cases
• A Data Lineage capability - define and develop requirements, support proof of concepts and evaluation activities
