Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis for Dynamics365 implementation.
* Configure Dynamics365 out-of-the-box functionality based on documented requirements and best practices.
* Conduct user training sessions and develop user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Dynamics 365.
* Collaborate with Dynamics Developers to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and functional configurations.
* Provide ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations for system enhancements and optimization.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
* In-depth knowledge of Dynamics capabilities and experience configuring complex solutions.
* Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as:
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate would be advantageous for this role.
