iO Associates are working with a Global provider of software solutions to find a UK Operations Director to join their team on a permanent basis. The company delivers advanced electronic patient record systems to hospitals and integrated care systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Health Technology company during their expansion with like-minded individuals, in a family feel business. You will play a vital role in the UK company and be an integral part of the Senior Management Team.
The role is remote with some UK travel for the occasional meeting. Potential opportunity to travel internationally a few times a year. Please note that you will be required on-site in the North West of England for the first 4 weeks of the position.
As the company is global, you will also need to be comfortable with working flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead various multi-disciplinary teams through the project life cycle
- Develop and manage budgets
- Drive successful growth plans and achieve revenue targets
- Create a customer training programme
- Collaborate with the senior management team and contribute to strategic decisions
- Maintain strong connections within the healthcare sector
- Mentor and develop a talented, diverse team, promoting core values across the service delivery team
- Manage and lead internal/external meetings
- Take accountability for the delivery of end-to-end customer engagements and ensure that the customer is the main focus.
Skills:
- Experienced in portfolio or programme management
- Previous experience in delivering customer first outcomes
- Expertise in growing a portfolio of projects/customers
- Ability to manage and inspire multiple teams across the business
- Commercial acumen
- Experience in working and lead within a healthcare environment
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
- Financial management experience and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about defining and developing solutions.
Desirable:
- Experience working in an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) delivery environment
- Knowledge of NHS design process and procedures
- Experience of drafting business cases
